The Spring / Summer 2015 Collection titled “She” from New Zealand based fashion label ITZME puts strong emphasis on free style and loose fitting silhouettes. ITZME stresses on individual personality and the latest collection draws its inspiration from a Japanese photographer’s work on a girl’s everyday life.
ITZME is the culmination of creative director Syza’s personal experiences from the years past. After completing her fashion degree at Massey University Syza undertook a role at Karen Walker before leaving to travel the globe in 2013. It’s these experiences Syza has drawn upon to launch her label, which debuted at New Zealand Fashion Week in 2014.
ITZME is distinctly personal, empowering, and constantly strikes a balance between being subtle and daring. Playing on traditional tailoring elements from menswear coupled with a strong female personality ITZME blurs the line between male uniformity, boyishness, and femininity.
