Zulu & Zephyr Fall ’18 CAMI Collection
Cami is the 2018 FALL collection by Australian label Zulu & Zephyr. Produced in collaboration with Australian model and businesswoman, Lara Worthington – Cami was brought to life in the Santa Monica Mountains, California, on a dry and dusty ranch blooming with desert flowers and rocky terrain.
Made for the sun,
the salt and the sea.
Reminiscent of high-end fashion in the 80’s and 90’s, Cami captures the lines, structure and feel of the garments against a muted backdrop.
With a strong focus on the stillness of nature and surrounding terrain, Fall reflects this mood through natural fabrications, textures and easy to wear pieces.
There is a strong white and natural palette across Cami. Neutral shades work in wearable styles and heavier fabrications. When shape is uncomplicated, gentle textures and careful detailing become important.
Simple muted florals have become a staple across Zulu & Zephyr collections, along with timeless and nostalgic stripes and animal print – both of which shine throughout the campaign.
Structured yet fluid, muted, relaxed but bold, minimal, raw – Cami is the collection that stirs the dust.
