In this latest collection by womenswear designer, Sharbi, we’re given spring and summer pieces that go beyond just trendy garments. With this collection, each and every piece is meant to tell a story. In particular, this collection was designed to tell the story of Sharbi’s cousin who has major bipolar disorder. You’ll notice throughout, we see twisted pleats and shapes, representing the distortion and frustration that someone with this disorder might feel. She also designed the collection using primarily the color purple, which was chosen intentionally to represent the transformation of a girl. Trust us when we say, if you’re someone who wants garments that make you stand out from the crowd in the best possible way, you’ll love the artistic drive behind this collection.
