Matching knit sets have been among our usual rotation of cold weather staples. But with the recent Y2K revival, shrug sweaters are taking that to another level. This season’s modern designs feature barely-there cut-outs with ultra-cropped proportions, leaving much to be imagined in the realm of styling. We’ve seen plenty of ways to pull it off – but we’re fond of this look with the leather miniskirt, tall boots and baseball cap.
