Philosophy di Lorenzo has come out with their Resort ‘23 collection, and we’re happy to report that it doesn’t disappoint. In true Philosophy style, the collection is feminine, head-turning, and full of all those extra special details that are guaranteed to make your heart sing. Embracing the fifties, this collection features oversized silhouettes, bold colors, floral prints, and even some tulle underskirts to really drive home that fifties flair. Having said that, this collection doesn’t feel outdated or stuffy. Instead, there’s also a sensual and sleek feeling worked in throughout with little black dresses, body-hugging pencil skirts, collared crop tops, skin-tight midi dresses with ruching, and cool tailored trousers. You’ll even notice that there is some play between the masculine and the feminine styles. For instance, the traditional tailoring in the form of blazers and trousers feels masculine, but with the A-line skirts, floral prints, and voluminous tulle, you also can’t help but pick up on that ultra-feminine feel.
