Salomon Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary Of XT-6 Silhouette With New Colorways

Salomon set out to be an exclusive outdoor brand but its mix of function and fashion has garnered the attention of many. Street style enthusiasts all around the globe have been sporting the brand’s sneakers for quite some time now, with the XT-6 silhouette being one of the best sellers. Now, to celebrate the style’s 10 year anniversary, the brand has relaunched the beloved shoe with entirely new colorways.

The shoe itself has been praised for its functionality, durability and flashy colors. The sneakers have been spotted everywhere from the NYFW runways to the daily lives of top celebs, like Bella Hadid. Although the French outdoor brand keeps a readily-available stock online and in stores, there were particular colorways that immediately sold out upon release. Luckily, if you missed out on these opportunities beforehand, you have a chance to snag them again with this relaunch.

The reintroduction of the sneaker, dubbed the XT-6 RECUT, is revisiting the silhouettes from the FW18, FW19, and SS21 collections. The FW18 rendition is reimagined in a black/beluga/russet orange combo, the FW19 will be released in monument/phantom/vanilla, and the SS21 shoe is redesigned in wren/kangaroo/vanilla. In addition to the appearance, the new XT-6 sneakers are updated with EVA cushioning, TPU film, and mesh – for an even more comfortable shoe for daily wear.

The 10th anniversary Salomon XT-6 sneakers will be retailed at $190 and is set to release on Thursday, January 26 online and in select retailers.
