Masters of serving up unique styling, Perverze always manages to bring us looks and combinations that we would never think of, but that still manage to work. We really see this shine through in the Spring/Summer ‘20 collection. Here we find skirts layered over jeans, biker shorts with kitten heels, slouchy cardigans done up with only one button, boxy blazers layered over full-length dresses, and there’s plenty of shoes that have been paired with sweat socks. Really, what we find most interesting about all these combinations and style details is Perverze’s ability to combine both the more formal looks with the more casual styles. For example, a black slip style dress seems relatively formal and classy, but when paired with socks and vintage style kitten heels, the look ends up feeling much more youthful and trendy. In addition, ribbed cardigans can end up feeling a bit stuffy and old fashioned, but when only buttoned up halfway and paired with high-waisted, frayed pants, the look once again gets that cool edge that Perverze is so well known for. Even just the addition of buckets hats brings that little style element that we expect. Really, though, to fully understand this unique aesthetic, we highly recommend getting to know Perverze for yourself.
