In 2019, Nehimiah Hasmat-Ali and Adémidé Udoma launched ABAGA VELLI, a brand inspired by their own lived experiences and community-oriented perspectives. This London-based label combines contemporary Nigerian fashion with traditional British tailoring, and features materials like Japanese raw denim, Italian leather, and British waxed cotton. The goal is to create sleek, adaptable staples for everyday use that are also infused with rich stories. The result is a unique and sophisticated take on streetwear fashion.
