Kiko Kostadinov, Taro Ray, Stephen Mann, and Michael Kopelman have come together to create AFFXWRKS: a menswear label that is centered around experimentation. The concept of ‘New Utility’ is fundamental to this collection, which is inspired by traditional workwear and is accessible to all. Initially launched as a radio show on Know-Wave, the line explores the junction between pragmatism and progressiveness. Attention to detail is evidenced in the design of pieces such as tonal work jackets and six-pocket service pants; while the t-shirts feature the brand’s slogan in multiple languages to reflect the collaboration and reconstitution of modern industry. The label’s hoodies, sweatshirts and caps demonstrate clean construction and efficient simplicity, rendering the AFFXWRKS line highly practical.
