Based out of France, Victoria Scandale‘s collection consistently remains timeless, artistic, playful, and elegant all at once. It has a sense of refinement, and yet we can also so clearly see those creative and playful twists within the designs. In particular, with the Spring/Summer ‘18 collection, we see this aesthetic in a series of feminine dresses and skirts. Each piece is always created with at least one standout element. Whether it be a dramatic ruffle here, or a bold design choice there, these are certainly the pieces that are meant to be high impact. Oh, and of course, let’s not forget that each piece is always designed with luxury in mind. You can’t go wrong with this combo, that’s for sure.
