Always excelling at trendy styling with a relaxed vibe, Tree of Life never disappoints. And, of course, this latest collection, titled “1969” falls perfectly into that category. Inspired by classic rock legends, like Stevie Nicks and Janis Joplin, this collection is all about pulling styles from festival fashion. But, instead of being hit with modern festival fashion, these styles are directly pulled from Woodstock. And the results? Well, this collection couldn’t be any more hippie-chic if it tried. In particular, we’re loving the use of neutrals and dark blooms. The neutrals not only allow these darker, moody colors to stand out, but neutrals also really allow for texture in the designs to shine. For example, we’ve got lace, furs, suede, and knits all making an appearance for a collection that really stands out. Throw in expert photography by Ming Nomchong; modelling by Billie, Marianne, and Skye; hair and makeup by Pollyanna Clarkson; and creative direction by Abigael Whittaker, and you’ve got yourself a collection that we’re certain women from all over will go wild for.
