Inspired by the photobook, “Liebes Leben” the Fall / Winter 2020 collection from Ioannes brings us something that feels equal parts complex, but also wearable and stripped back. Why such a contrast? Well, if you know anything about the photobook that the collection is inspired by, then you know the subject of the book is Irene Staub, an icon of the Zurich underground during the ‘70s who often had many different styles, personas, and lifestyles that she lead.
