Delving into a vintage treasure chest – Sass & Bide‘s Spring 2021 capsule collection is set amongst the beautiful chaos of antique treasures, velvet furnishings, objects and amulets, vintage wallpaper and tapestries – looking into other-worldly notions of renewal and rebirth.
The lookbook was shot in an eccentric, exuberant home, where the collection blends mystery with powerful femininity, incongruous to her surroundings.
The collection draws inspiration from historic talismans, unconventional symbolism and the belief in higher power, where the idea of spiritual guardians showers the wearer with positivity and hope. A color palette of aluminum silver, icy blues, splashes of vibrant red, triumphant patters and shimmering sequins contrast with a backdrop of rich, regal colors and baroque architecture.
