Fiorucci presents the first in a series of limited edition collections for Spring/Summer 2021. Fiorucci Commended has a seasonal update with a hand-painted, illustrated logo splashed across a range of 100% organic cotton jersey styles, swimwear and accessories. The inspiration behind the logo came from the process drawings found in the archive, which eventually went on to form the bold graphics Fiorucci is known for today. Many of the now iconic graphics started out life as doodles on the back of napkins and receipts in the Fiorucci store. For this collection, the brand took inspiration from the classic Commended logo and repainted it, re-connecting Fiorucci with its artistic heritage.
Fiorucci Commended is made up of relaxed shapes for men and women including classic cut t-shirts, super soft hoodies and sweatshirts, and graphic swimwear that can be styled up or down, layered together or worn as stand-out separates. For a sprinkle of Fiorucci fun, logo bucket hats, caps and tote bags complete the collection.
Physical connections and interactions have always been a major part of Fiorucci’s spirit and identity, as we move slowly out of lockdown, the label is excited to bring people back together and celebrate the moment when we reunite.
