What does Miaou have in store for us in their Spring/Summer ‘24 collection? Well, right off the bat, one of the first details we noticed was the athleisure-inspired aesthetic. Whether we’re talking joggers, track pants, or basketball shorts, Miaou goes for it with the athletic feel. Having said that, as we’ve come to expect of a Miaou collection, nothing about the athleisure spin is typical. Instead, Miaou approaches this trendy aesthetic from a whole new angle. We would say they do this largely through juxtaposition, or the pairings of items you wouldn’t expect to see together. For instance, sweatsocks with high heels, or lacy bralettes with basketball shorts. We also have low-rise track pants with slingback heels to keep the vibe alive and well.
In addition to this athleisure aesthetic, some of the other pieces that we know you’ll appreciate include corset-inspired tops, easy-to wear candy apple red camisoles, simple graphic tees, leather pencil skirts, belted strapless tanks, and cool printed two-piece sets.
