Cleanser: Pump into hand and smooth over your face using circular movements. Then rinse. Face mask: Apply at least 2-3 times a week. Leave on for 10- 15 minutes, then rinse.. Night Serum: In the evening, apply over the face. Once absorbed, apply Dr Sturm's Calming Serum to face. Allow serum to absorb then apply face cream..
