Product Insights & Style Tips

The Willy Chavarria Chavela Polo Top in Navy offers a refined update to a timeless polo. Made from 100% cotton in a lightweight piqué knit, it feels breathable and easy to wear, with the navy shade staying versatile. Dry clean only. A partial front button closure brings quiet ease to the neckline, while an embroidered front logo detail adds a hint of signature polish. A ribbed hem anchors the silhouette with a clean, built-in finish.

Versatile by nature, this polo slides between casual and smart edits with ease. The breathable cotton and piqué knit keep it comfortable through long days, while the partial front button closure lets you modulate the neckline. The ribbed hem maintains a neat line as you layer over or under other pieces, pairing with denim, tailored trousers, or a clean skirt for easy, polished looks.

An embroidered front logo detail provides a quiet branding cue, aligning with Willy Chavarria's pared-down, modern codes. The navy palette and clean polo silhouette offer a reliable base for styling across the season, whether worn solo or as a refined underpinning for more tailored ensembles.

Style Check

Aesthetics: 9/10

Bold yet restrained, the Chavela Polo Top commands attention through its navy hue, clean polo silhouette and a crisp embroidered logo at the chest. The lightweight pique knit carries a subtle sheen and texture, while the partial front button closure and ribbed hem lend a refined, editorial edge that elevates a classic staple into a statement piece.

Craftsmanship: 7/10

Embroidered front logo sits crisply against the navy, with precise stitching that reads premium rather than throwaway. The collar, placket, and ribbed hem appear cleanly finished, while the lightweight cotton pique drapes smoothly without undue stiffness. Dry clean only notes reinforce a refined approach to upkeep and long wear.

Affordability: $$$

At this price, the value feels justified for a designer polo that blends utility with an editorial mood. The premium cotton, logo detail, and careful construction align with the brand's elevated language, offering a versatile piece that can pair with heels or sneakers. The cost matches its design and aspirational appeal.

Willy Chavarria x Zara Spring 2026 Vatisimo Featuring Christy Turlington Brings Telenovela Drama to Workwear

Willy Chavarria partners with Zara for Spring 2026 with Vatisimo, a capsule collection featuring Christy Turlington and Alberto Guerra, built around menswear, workwear references, and Latin American storytelling. The project introduces Chavarria’s perspective to a wider audience, translating his design language into a global retail context while keeping his visual identity intact. The collection includes around 100 menswear pieces alongside womenswear, accessories, and jewelry. Materials range from leather and denim to cupro, knits, and jersey, creating contrast between structured and fluid pieces. Standout items include cupro work shirts with raw edges and chino pants that reinterpret familiar workwear shapes through fabric and finish. Womenswear brings in pencil skirts and tailored silhouettes, while leather belts, bags, and textured footwear complete the lineup. Red rose details appear across select pieces, continuing a motif that runs through Chavarria’s work.

Willy Chavarria Spring 2026 Campaign Focuses on Tailored Pastel Suiting

Willy Chavarria unveils its Spring Summer 2026 campaign titled Spicy Pastels, highlighting tailored suiting and an expanded accessories push through a character driven story set inside a traditional Latin family home. Shot by Diego Bendezu, the Spring 2026 campaign leans into clashing color, exact tailoring, and a mood pulled from Latin soap operas, with loud background prints and a charged domestic setting that makes every look feel like a scene. The result is a fashion campaign that treats pastel as rebellion, and treats structure as the main language.
