In 2010, Jan-Jan Van Essche, a Belgian fashion designer, created his own menswear line after graduating from Antwerp’s Royal Academy of Fine Arts. His minimalistic fashion incorporates many diverse cultural practices in its weaving and construction styles. Its signature soft silhouette includes minimal seaming, and the fabrics are carefully selected to emphasize natural colors and subtle textures.
