Inspired by the 2009 comedy-drama film, “Cold Soul,” this collection from Yentity goes beyond just good design. While, of course, we can’t fail to mention the careful tailoring, the gorgeous fabrics, and the tasteful design elements, this collection has a more artistic and inspirational edge to it than your standard collection. Done entirely in cool tones, like grey, blue, and navy, right from the start, we see the “Cold Room” inspiration coming though. Beyond color palette, though, we also love that designer, Yen, took inspiration from her photographs from London and her travels. For example, you’ll see designs with oversized drop-shoulders, which was brought to life because of images of oval roofs. In addition, we love how this is a collection that has no problem standing on its own. It doesn’t need dramatic colors or excessive detailing. It’s the sophisticated minimalism that really shines through, and allows the collection to stand out as something both trendy and artistic. For a better sense of what we’re talking about, we highly recommend checking out the full collection from Yentity.
