The Vibe :
⊹ Ashlynn Park makes the square the starting point for Spring 2027.
⊹ Draping, folding, cutting and ruching turn flat fabric into unexpected shapes.
⊹ Robin’s egg blue, green, mustard and red break up the usual black and white.
⊹ Fringe, puffed jackets and asymmetric polos keep the geometry from feeling rigid.
Ashlyn Spring 2027 starts with one of the simplest shapes possible: the square. Ashlynn Park uses it as a building block, folding, cutting, joining and draping fabric until something far less basic appears. Polo shirts twist into angular shapes with exposed backs, while a robin’s egg blue bandeau and matching skirt reveal pointed square edges beneath the drape. The idea sounds mathematical, but the clothes land much softer once they hit the body.

Park keeps pushing the square through waterfall viscose jersey skirts, ruched panels and rounded jackets from her ongoing Puzzle series. A puff-sleeve cropped jacket takes on an upside-down U at the back, while a white cotton polo twists away from its familiar shape with an open section behind. The technique continues ideas seen in Ashlyn Fall Winter 2026, but spring shifts toward lighter fabrics and less tailoring.

Color loosens things up even further. Black and crisp white are joined by green, mustard yellow, red and robin’s egg blue, while layered wool-silk knits finish in ruffled hems. One fringe-covered long skirt is paired with a sporty anorak, and another fabric treatment stacks rows of small squares across a backing to create heavier texture. The geometry stays visible, but movement keeps it from ever looking too strict.
