Every episode feels packed with enough makeup inspiration to send the internet into a frenzy, and honestly, we’re just as glued to the screen for the glam as we are for the plot. This time around, Donni Davy (the visionary makeup artist behind the show and founder of Half Magic) introduced what she coined “revenge eyeliner,” inspired by Maddy Perez in Season 3, Episode 2. The look? An ultra-sharp, double-wing eyeliner moment. It’s dramatic, seductive, and slightly intimidating in the best possible way. Base
Before touching the liner, focus on creating a softly sculpted eye base that gives the dramatic wings more dimension. Begin by brushing the brows upward and setting them in place with a brow gel to instantly lift and open the face. Next, swipe a creamy medium-brown shadow stick across the lids, blending it upward into the crease using a fluffy eyeshadow brush. The goal is a diffused wash of color. Then, using your fingertip, press a cool-toned taupe shadow overtop to soften the warmth and create a powdery finish. Sweep the same shadow lightly along the lower lash line to tie everything together.
Revenge Eyeliner
Using a liquid eyeliner pen, begin by creating an elongated, sharply angled wing extending from the outer corner of the eye. If you make a mistake, sharpen the edges with a cotton swab dipped in micellar water for a clean fix. Once your upper wing is complete, trace the liner closely along the upper lash line to define the eye. Then repeat the process underneath, creating a second sharp wing along the lower lashes. Just be sure to leave a noticeable gap between the two lines for that signature revenge eyeliner effect. To finish, curl the lashes thoroughly and apply a lengthening tubing mascara for a fluttery finish.
