Azzy Milan is treating Halloween like a full-on fashion casting call. For Steve Madden’s new “Alter Egos” campaign, the IMG model and media personality slips into six different personas rather than reaching for traditional costumes. Office Siren, Vampire, Biker Baddie, Alley Cat, Retro Glam and Disco Baby each get their own look, turning the campaign into a lineup of characters built around Milan’s personal style and a serious amount of shoe drama.

The footwear does most of the talking. Looks include the Maxine black lace boot, Nitro red croc knee-high, Jezzica zebra platform, Hexx spotted leopard pump and Icon faux-fur boot. The mix feels right at home with Steve Madden, where bold platforms, boots and heels have always leaned more nightlife than neutral. Milan’s favorite category is apparently the pump, which tracks with the campaign’s glossy, dressed-up energy.

“Alter Egos” also builds on Milan’s earlier work with the brand, which began around the comeback of Steve Madden’s archival Morals boot. She later hosted the Meet Me in New York launch at the label’s 34th Street store, while the partnership has generated more than four million social views. This time, Halloween becomes the excuse to push the styling further without losing the glam-heavy look Milan already calls her own.
