Kith Women is clocking in for fall, but the dress code has changed. Hold the Line looks back at women in the workplace, from 1960s switchboard operators through ’90s office culture, then pulls the suit out of its corporate setting entirely. Leather trenches, belted tailoring and fitted jackets are meant to work beyond the desk, turning familiar office pieces into clothes for dinner, dates and whatever happens after hours. It is workwear without the actual work requirement.
Outerwear does a lot of the heavy lifting. Lambskin leather, goatskin suede, cotton and rigid twill appear across trenches, biker jackets, bombers and layered coats, including the Jun Leather Trench and Weslan Suede Biker Jacket. Tailoring gets more provocative through the Vivien Leather Corset Jacket, Ahn Harness Short and Joni Suiting Bootcut Pant. The sharper mood follows the polished womenswear direction seen in Kith Women’s Spring 2026 collection, only fall swaps romantic lace for boardroom codes.
The supporting cast is just as good. Kith adds the Rena Distressed Leather Shoulder Bag, Nylon Eliza Tote and tiny Toast Wallet Crossbody, alongside ties, lined tights, garter-belt socks and an encrusted balaclava. Washed Park denim and reversible jackets keep everyday dressing in the mix, while New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers caps arrive in suiting fabrics.
