What started as the Nina Park makeup look has evolved into a full-blown beauty phenomenon, with everyone chasing that barely-there glow. It looks more expensive than a full face of product despite its lived-in quality – and that’s what makes it so appealing. Eyeliner smudged out with a fingertip, seamlessly blended eyeshadow, a flush across the cheeks that looks natural rather than applied. Base
Start with a lightweight skin tint that has a velvety finish rather than something overly matte or dewy. Instead of trying to create a completely uniform base, apply a thin layer through the center of your face and blend it outward, adding a little extra coverage only where you need it. The result is an even complexion that still feels relaxed and skin-like. Next, use a creamy contour stick to lightly define the highest points of your cheekbones and temples. Follow with a soft, powdery blush on the apples of your cheeks – just enough to leave behind a subtle wash of color.
Eyes & Lips
Rather than carefully building several shades of powder shadow, opt for a creamy shadow stick and quickly smudge it across your lids before it sets. The less precise, the better.
