The Vibe :

⊹ Sun-faded red, deep navy and butter cream borrow directly from the Catalan coastline

⊹ Vintage stripes and gingham checks give the wardrobe a collected-over-time quality

⊹ Washed denim and lightweight knits stretch the collection beyond the beach

⊹ Lace, pointelle and polka dots keep the practical pieces from feeling too sensible

Faithfull the Brand takes Second Summer 2026 to Costa Brava, where the rooftops are faded red, the water runs cerulean and an early night feels like poor planning. Photographed in Empordà, Spain, the collection builds its palette from deep navy, butter cream, crisp white and terra-cotta shades that look slightly bleached by the sun. Faithfull the Brand has always understood the holiday wardrobe, but this one looks less freshly packed and more like it has been assembled over years of return trips.

Stripes and checks do much of the storytelling. The navy-striped Doris Maxi Dress, matching top and cardigan have the crispness of old seaside uniforms, while the terra-red Belinha Mini Dress and Gerta Midi Dress use gingham without drifting into picnic-table territory. Across Faithfull the Brand dresses, the silhouettes stay loose enough for heat but defined enough to survive dinner without a complete outfit change.

The collection becomes more interesting when denim and knitwear enter the frame. Quinta jeans arrive in dark indigo and milk with a wide leg, while Leandra capri pants shorten the proportion for an outfit that feels particularly tuned into Summer 2026. Pointelle T-shirts, polos and lightweight cardigans add texture without the visual weight of traditional layering. Paired with the red Simone skirt or striped Playa shorts, the label’s tops make coordination look incidental rather than overly planned.

Swimwear picks up the same graphic language through navy-and-white stripes and black-and-cream color blocking, allowing Faithfull swimwear to sit beside the ready-to-wear without creating a separate beach-only wardrobe. Lace tops, micro polka dots and crochet-like pointelle pieces handle the romantic details, while wide jeans and cropped pants keep the styling connected to streets, markets and late dinners as much as the water.

Nothing in Costa Brava looks aggressively new, and that is part of its appeal. A striped cardigan, white lace top and dark jean could have been found in three different suitcases from three different decades. Faithfull turns that slight mismatch into the collection’s strongest styling idea: the best holiday wardrobe should look as though it remembers previous summers.

  • Author - Andrea

From fashion and beauty to health and wellness, she enjoys sharing and connecting on the topics that help to make our everyday lives just a bit brighter. If you don't find her behind her laptop writing her latest article, you'll also find her walking her dog, whipping up a new recipe, or scouring the mall for the latest trends. Andrea's experience in fashion began after graduating from the Fashion Marketing and Merchandising program from the Academy of Design in Toronto, ON. She broke out into the competitive world of fashion by launching her own online boutique, selling women's clothing and accessories. From there, very quickly, she discovered online selling was not for her. She now prefers to stay behind the computer, chatting about fashion in a written format that still allows her to connect with fellow style enthusiasts. And, since then, she has never looked back, writing for independent magazines, small businesses, and everything in between. Andrea now also occasionally writes for companies and brands outside the fashion and beauty industry, but at the end of the day, her heart remains loyal to what she knows best—great fashion.
