The Vibe :
⊹ Irina Shayk takes on Agent Provocateur’s “Neo-Diva” character for FW26.
⊹ Steven Klein photographs the campaign with Patti Wilson on styling.
⊹ Silk, sheer stockings and lacquered metal meet a dark cinematic backdrop.
⊹ Lingerie moves between underwear, outerwear and everyday dressing.
Irina Shayk is playing Agent Provocateur’s “Neo-Diva” for FW26, and the setup is pure after-dark drama. Photographed by Steven Klein under Sarah Shotton’s creative direction, Shayk appears beside a vintage car, draped across a chair and framed by shadowy sets. Patti Wilson handles the styling, moving between silk, sheer stockings and glossy metal details without turning the campaign into a retro pinup exercise. It reads more like a character study with very good lingerie.

The Neo-Diva also gives Agent Provocateur a way to rethink how its pieces leave the bedroom. Bras, stockings and lingerie are treated as parts of a daily wardrobe as much as something saved for private moments, with the FW26 imagery pushing that crossover further. The mix of barely-there hosiery and harder metallic surfaces gives the Agent Provocateur lineup a sharper edge than a straightforward boudoir story.

Shotton describes Shayk as embodying a newer generation of AP women who grew up around the label and now wear its codes on their own terms. That shift is visible in the campaign’s mix of seduction, outerwear styling and pieces that are meant to show. Shayk barely needs to move to sell it.
Agent Provocateur

Brand DNA
Founded in London in 1994 by Joseph Corré and Serena Rees, Agent Provocateur turned lingerie into unapologetic fashion. Corsetry, lace, silk, provocative silhouettes, and a distinctly British sense of wit define its glamorous, seductive identity.
