Titled “City Pop Paris,” KENZO’s Spring Summer 2024 Collection draws inspiration from the preppy and poppy aesthetics of the French capital. With impeccable attention to detail and a cohesive vision, KENZO showcases its deep understanding of the fashion and cultural apex of Paris under the creative direction of NIGO.

NIGO, the creative force behind KENZO, effortlessly intertwines the stylings of Japan and France in the Spring/Summer 2024 collection. This fusion transcends time and cultural boundaries, creating a unique and captivating experience for fashion enthusiasts worldwide. From Paris to Tokyo, KENZO’s collection pays homage to both cities’ distinct aesthetics and heritage.

The lookbook for the “City Pop Paris” collection was shot by Keizo Kitajima and Frank Lebon, capturing the essence of the collection through imagery. The campaign showcases the poppy range amidst the grandiose interiors of iconic Parisian locations, such as the Passerelle Debilly and Rue Vivienne.

NIGO’s artistic vision reimagines the Japanese City Pop movement within the context of the Parisian ethos. Models from diverse backgrounds are seen strolling through the streets and salons of Rue Vivienne, where KENZO’s Maison is located. The collection also takes center stage in historic locations like Place des Victoires, the site of KENZO‘s historical Paris flagship, as well as the Arc de Triomphe and the Hôtel de Soyecourt, once the residence of Karl Lagerfeld.
