The Vibe :
⊹ Vintage sportswear, ’60s tailoring and Western fringe share the same wardrobe.
⊹ Honda joins the lineup with candy-colored biker jackets, graphic tees and custom motorcycles.
⊹ Tiger-striped penny loafers give the brand’s sporty signatures a dressier destination.
Onitsuka Tiger Spring 2027 opened with two Honda motorbikes and a gas station, but Andrea Pompilio’s characters looked dressed for whatever happened after the pit stop. At Milan Fashion Week, the creative director built his “Energy Station” around people with different tastes and somewhere to be. The clothes followed suit: vintage-looking sportswear, little floral dresses and tailoring worn with a deliberately casual hand. A slipped strap or upright collar belonged here. That playful approach to layering also runs through the brand’s DENIVITA campaign with TWICE’s MOMO.

The combinations supplied plenty of outfit ideas. Side-stripe track pants took the place of suit trousers beneath ’60s-inspired blazers, while balloon shorts peeked out below substantial car coats. Windbreakers and sweatshirts went over ribbed tanks and miniskirts, giving those shorter proportions something practical to work against. Then came the Western references: fringe swinging from suede jackets, utility vests and shirtdresses. There was room for several competing moods in a single outfit, which made the styling more interesting than a perfectly coordinated set.

The Honda collaboration pushed the motorcycle references into candy-colored biker jackets, graphic long-sleeve tees and caps. Mesh and jersey carried racing-inspired designs, with Honda’s wing logo running through the partnership. Footwear took its own detour: penny loafers borrowed Onitsuka Tiger’s side stripes, while lace-up heeled boots added another option for dressing the part. Even without the motorcycles, there was plenty here to take for a spin.
