Product Insights & Style Tips

The HABA Forest Friends Wooden Stacking Toy is the kind of keepsake playroom piece that sparks a quiet sense of wonder. Crafted from sustainably harvested beech wood and made in Germany, its tactile palette—warm wood tones, cheerful bears, cheeky owls, and colorful trees—feels timeless and approachable for toddlers and preschoolers alike. The stacking concept invites imaginative play, balancing blocks into playful towers that reward steady hands and curious minds, while double-sided template cards offer guided paths or open-ended challenge.

With a focus on early learning, this Montessori-inspired toy nudges spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving as little builders sort, stack, and balance. The bear measures 3 inches by 2.75 inches by 1 inch, giving just the right heft for small grips while keeping play safe and accessible. It transitions across settings—from home playrooms to preschool activities—serving as a sorting game, a shape-recognition activity, or a carefree stacking adventure that grows with every new structure.

HABA brings its German craftsmanship to life in a toy that feels sturdy yet delightfully approachable. The Forest Friends set aligns with the current enthusiasm for durable, educational toys that blend tactile engagement with open-ended storytelling, inviting kids to explore balance and structure while charmingly inviting nature into play.

Naturally, the glam was just as memorable, and with Pat McGrath returning as makeup lead for the second consecutive year, we knew we had to take notes. Hailey Bieber’s French Show Makeup Look Is Going Viral

Quotidien, a French pop culture talk show, has built a reputation for making every celebrity who sits under its lights look impossibly luminous. When Hailey Bieber posted a photo from her recent appearance in a September Instagram dump, the internet responded accordingly. It was a study in getting everything right with the bright pink cheeks, a glowy complexion, and softly defined eyes. The combination looked effortless but clearly wasn’t accidental. Everyone wants to know how to recreate it, so here’s our take.

The Gucci Show Spotlights an Intense Smokey Eye

At Gucci’s show in Milan this Fashion Month, the brand debuted one of its most intense smokey eye looks yet. According to the brand, the entire collection, and its accompanying beauty looks, was meant to feel like a tangible expression of individuality, with every detail bold, dramatic, and unapologetic. Case in point is the smokey eye seen on models like Meredith Mickelson and Hyunjoo as they walked down the runway. While it’s certainly not your everyday makeup look, this moody, high-impact moment is perfect for anyone looking to channel a little couture drama on their next night out. There’s a fine line between intentionally grungy and accidentally looking like you haven’t slept in three days. Ahead, we’re breaking down exactly how to nail Gucci’s intense smokey eye so you don’t walk away from the vanity looking like you have two black eyes.
