Rachel Comey Spring 2027 celebrates 25 years without turning the anniversary into a retrospective. Instead, Comey looks to artist, writer and former wrestler Rosalyn Drexler, whose refusal to stay in one lane becomes the season’s real point of departure. Cracked surfaces move onto leather and satin, metallic coin paillettes nod to championship belts, and Drexler’s paintings feed cobalt, green, lilac and sharp color into the lineup.
Daywear gets just as much attention as evening. An oversized cotton T-shirt lands over silk, gray tees and loose shorts are broken up by armor-like metallic panels, and turquoise shorts pick up shimmer at the edge beside an easy cream knit. Oversized tailoring flashes bright blue underneath, while Rachel Comey keeps those everyday pieces close to the kind of dresses and separates that can handle dinner, the subway and somewhere much later after that.
Eveningwear stays loose enough to avoid feeling precious.
