Zendaya’s Latest On Collection Gives Mary Janes A Sporty Rewrite

The Vibe :

⊹ Zendaya and Law Roach put their second On collection into action with a film directed by Pantera.

⊹ Custom python print gives technical sportswear an animal-print upgrade, while bungee cords reshape oversized sweats.

⊹ The Cloudnova Moon gets a Mary Jane-inspired silhouette with an engineered knit upper and speed laces.

Zendaya’s second cocreated collection with On comes with a fight scene. Developed alongside longtime stylist and collaborator Law Roach, the October 2026 release arrives in a two-minute campaign film directed by Argentinian trio Pantera. Zendaya takes on a crowd of female adversaries, with Roach making a cameo to lend a hand. It’s an action-hero audition with a very specific wardrobe brief: python print, oversized sweats and sneakers that borrow from Mary Janes.

The clothes give familiar sportswear shapes something to play with. Oversized crewnecks and sweatpants use ruching and bungee cord details to adjust their silhouettes, making volume part of the styling. A custom python print runs across a bodysuit, fitted long-sleeve top and half-zip anorak. Zendaya describes the pattern as a modern camouflage, an especially good match for a campaign built around outmaneuvering opponents. The close-fitting pieces and roomier sweats offer two different ways into the collection, depending on how much shape you want to show.

Then there’s the Cloudnova Moon Mary Jane, which pairs an engineered knit upper with speed laces. The sneaker arrives in Clove/Ivory, Dew/Antler and Black/Ivory, giving the footwear its own set of options beyond the python print. The apparel and shoes launched October 1 at On’s website and stores globally, with dedicated pop-ups in Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo and Chengdu.

If you don't find her behind her laptop writing her latest article, you'll also find her walking her dog, whipping up a new recipe, or scouring the mall for the latest trends. Andrea's experience in fashion began after graduating from the Fashion Marketing and Merchandising program from the Academy of Design in Toronto, ON. She broke out into the competitive world of fashion by launching her own online boutique, selling women's clothing and accessories. From there, very quickly, she discovered online selling was not for her. She now prefers to stay behind the computer, chatting about fashion in a written format that still allows her to connect with fellow style enthusiasts. And, since then, she has never looked back, writing for independent magazines, small businesses, and everything in between. Andrea now also occasionally writes for companies and brands outside the fashion and beauty industry, but at the end of the day, her heart remains loyal to what she knows best—great fashion.
